Alright, We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Median household income is $90,109, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Westside area are hit or miss. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from New York and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in Highland. It's solid for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in marketing. If you're in hospitality you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: hit or miss. Tons of options if you like sushi.

No regrets on my end..
