I've been here for 5 years and It's a a mid-size city city with about 180K people. Rent is about $1,535/month for a decent place. Median household income is $90,109, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 52°F, so expect cold winters. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Thanks in advance!
