Remote worker thinking about Aurora

Alright, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $260,400 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,535 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider — Aurora sits at 258.3 per 100K. Household incomes average around $90,109 in Aurora. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
