OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Median household income is $66,488, which feels about average for the area. Homes are going for about $155,100 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
