So hear me out.

I travel for work but Austin is home base. The community in Clarksville is really tight-knit.

Unemployment at 3.4% is {unemp_feel}. I'm paying /mo for a 3-bed in Clarksville and honestly is getting ridiculous.

What I like:
- Strong local businesses
- Lots of new restaurants opening
- Safe neighborhoods

What I don't:
- Limited public transit
- Sprawl is real
- Hard to date here

Grocery prices are creeping up but still manageable. The airport connections are solid which matters if you travel.

Curious if others agree.
