Is Austin losing its charm?
Long time reader, first time posting.
I just moved to Bouldin Creek from Charlotte. I don't understand why more people don't talk about Bouldin Creek.
Crime rate at 400.9/100K residents is something to {crime_feel}. I'm paying /mo for a 3-bed in Bouldin Creek and honestly is fair for the location.
Cost of living is way cheaper compared to where I came from. Nightlife is decent if you know where to go.
What's your experience been?
