Long time reader, first time posting. I'm currently renting in Cedar Park and trying to figure out my next move. The weather averaging 71F year-round is {weather_feel}. People here are friendlier than I expected coming from Nashville.

Honestly it depends on what you prioritize. If career growth matters most, then yeah Austin is great. But if you need nightlife, might want to look at Crestview instead.

I'm a college grad in South Congress. Been here since 2019. The school system in {hood} is actually {adj}..
Neighborhood-wise, South Congress has really transformed in the past few years. Westlake is the up-and-coming spot right now. East Austin is where I'd look if budget is a concern.
Job market for logistics: decent. For construction: affordable.
The {industry} scene here is really picking up.
