Couple moving to Austintown from out of state

Been meaning to ask this. I work in real estate and With a population of 30,215, Austintown is a smaller city. Median household income is $50,855, which feels on the lower side for the area. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Austintown? TIA!

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in Sunset area are improving. Kids love it here.
