Things that make Austintown unique
I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 13.8%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $133,000 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
