Random thought, The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Is this normal for Ave Maria? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Planning a move to Ave Maria -neighborhoods?

I'm a teacher here and Rent is about $2,552/month for a decent place. Median household income is $95,179, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? Thanks!
