Hello, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $224,800, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $224,800 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What are your go-to spots? Cheers.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is dating scene. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

I've lived in Downtown for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by food scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good internet infrastructure
- The walkability scene is underrated
The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Dating scene is rough
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. Hope this helps!.

The downsides:

- Can feel isolated
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for couples. Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
