Hey everyone, I relocated for work and You can expect to pay around $1,839 for rent here. Homes are going for about $351,200 on average. Poverty rate is 7.6%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. What do you all think? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
