OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and It's a a small town city with about 2,451 people. Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $111,354 in Aviston. You can expect to pay around $942 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
