Best apartments in Avoca under ?

Hey, I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Avoca sits at 246.5 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Looking forward to hearing from you all. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is improving in most areas.

I'm a electrician and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
