Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2023. You can expect to pay around $1,500 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
