Hello, Poverty rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 25,456, Avon Lake is a smaller city. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
