Best companies to work for in Avon?

Alright, I work in tech and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $126,618 in Avon. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What do you all think? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 2 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is nightlife. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the nightlife is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Old Town side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
