Co-working spaces in Avon?

I'm originally from Boston and The median home value here is around $377,100, which seems about average. With a population of 25,082, Avon is a smaller city. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Oak Park. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is pricey right now, especially in tech. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like Mediterranean.

Definitely worth checking out..
