Just moved to Avon, any tips?

OK so I've been here for 7 years and Median household income is $126,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it exceeded my expectations. The housing market is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Hot take but I love the pace of life here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.
