Pros and cons of Avon after 1 years

The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Minneapolis it's challenging.

My experience has been mostly positive. I have mixed feelings honestly. The only thing I'd watch out for is nightlife. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
