Hey folks, With a population of 90,644, Avondale is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
