Avondale vs Spokane — which is better to move to?

My partner and I are deciding between Avondale and Sparks for our next move. We care most about:
- Cost of living
- Safety
- Job market (government)
- Outdoor activities

Anyone who's lived in either or both — which would you choose and why?

For families, I'd recommend looking at Cedar Hills. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.

Don't sleep on Eastside. It's up and coming and still affordable.

Check out the Oakwood area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.
