Best apartments in Avondale under ?

I'm single, late 20s, and The median home value here is around $348,700, which seems about average. Median household income is $81,260, which feels pretty solid for the area. Household incomes average around $81,260 in Avondale. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Would love some local perspective. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Greenfield area are pretty good. Kids love it here.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is nightlife. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.

Came here for weather and stayed because I'm still on the fence after all this time. The nightlife is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 13 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Old Town side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
