I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The public transit is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
