Moving to Avondale -what should I know?

OK so Household incomes average around $81,260 in Avondale. The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Sunset area are better than expected. Kids love it here.
