Alright, Been living here since 2005. Poverty rate is 4.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. Am I overthinking this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting...
