Working in Aynor -salaries realistic?

First post here. I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $236,000, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $70,972, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
