Remote worker thinking about Azusa

Random thought, Born and raised here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Used to live on the Uptown side, now on the Riverside side. Completely different vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Salt Lake City it's better than expected.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.

I've been here 10 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is solid.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
