First post here. I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $143,856, which feels pretty solid for the area. Crime rate is something to consider -Babylon sits at 119.0 per 100K. Poverty rate is 0.9%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
