How much do you pay for rent in Bagdad?

I'm retired and Poverty rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $78,603 in Bagdad. Average temperature is around 69--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 4,285 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Walkable downtown
- Good internet infrastructure
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Cold winters
- Sprawl everywhere
- Poor road conditions
- Mosquitoes and humidity
Should I be concerned? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is outdoor recreation. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

I work in hospitality here and I love the pace of life here. The job market for my field is decent. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
