Bailey's Crossroads quality of life -am I missing something?

We have two kids and Median household income is $84,241, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this?

As someone who grew up here, the quality of life is solid. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much stable but now it's tough.
