Quick question about Bainbridge

Curious what people think. Military spouse here. Household incomes average around $41,531 in Bainbridge. Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Has anyone dealt with this?

We moved here with our family and it's exactly what I was looking for. Schools in West area are average. Kids love it here.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 9 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: The market is competitive but not impossible. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in The Heights. It's improving for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in finance. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally surprisingly good. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
