Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $41,531 in Bainbridge. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it's not perfect but it works for me. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Meadowbrook area are tough. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem excellent.
I've been here 14 years and it's exactly what I was looking for. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into photography, this place is tough.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
