How much do you pay for rent in Bainbridge Island?
Been living here since 2020. Crime rate is something to consider -Bainbridge Island sits at 39.9 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $2,081 for rent here. Median household income is $159,882, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $1,076,200 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Oak Park side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Seattle it's underrated.

Weather-wise, the summers are excellent and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.
