Planning a move to Bainbridge Island -neighborhoods?

Hey folks, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $1,076,200 on average. Median household income is $159,882, which feels pretty solid for the area. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
