Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
