How are the schools in Baker City?

Hi all, Median household income is $58,125, which feels about average for the area. Poverty rate is 7.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 10,177, Baker City is a small town. Rent is about $833/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
