Not sure if this has been asked before, but Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $146,700 on average. Median household income is $59,451, which feels about average for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Let me know your thoughts.
