Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Baker sits at 155.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $198,800 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
