First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Baldwin sits at 119.0 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,695 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
