Affordable areas near Baldwin Park?

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for family and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor recreation is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
