First time home buyer in Baldwin Park

So, Rent is about $1,817/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots?

My experience has been mostly positive. it's not perfect but it works for me. The only thing I'd watch out for is pet-friendliness. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. the quality of life is solid.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are challenging, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
