Housing market in Baldwin Park right now

Hello, The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

I've been living here for 11 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor recreation is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 13 years and it's not perfect but it works for me. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the safety is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is better than expected.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Westside side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
