Worst things about Baldwin Park nobody talks about

Just moved here 14 months ago and Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,817 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 70,720 people. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
