Healthcare options in Ballenger Creek?

Hi all, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 12.0%, which is around average. Median household income is $108,385, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

I've lived in Meadowbrook for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by weather. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The school system scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Limited high-paying job options

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for singles. Hope this helps!.
