Living in Ballenger Creek -the reality

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Household incomes average around $108,385 in Ballenger Creek. Rent is about $1,913/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great Vietnamese places. it was the best decision I ever made.
