Things that make Ballwin unique

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Household incomes average around $121,170 in Ballwin. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 30,835 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Rising rent prices
- Lack of diversity
- Poor road conditions
- Limited cultural events
Let me know your thoughts. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
