Best apartments in Baltimore Highlands under ?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $64,284, which feels about average for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,352 for rent here. With a population of 8,564, Baltimore Highlands is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 3 years ago from Tampa and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Downtown. It's excellent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in finance. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: decent. Tons of options if you like Southern.

Hope this helps!.
