Why I chose Baltimore over bigger cities

So, I've been here for 4 years and Rent is about $1,290/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. the quality of life is solid. Internet is average in most areas.
