Curious what people think. Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $219,300 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.
